Holly serves as the Standards Director at GMA, where she leads GMA's GHG accounting and reporting work focusing on the Advanced and Indirect Mitigation (AIM) Platform. Her work draws on her experience developing decarbonization strategies and procuring clean energy at Fortune 100 companies, working in the energy regulation sector, and writing GHG accounting standards.  From 2009 to 2011, she served on the GHG Protocol Scope 3 Standard secretariat team, where she wrote data quality and assurance guidance and managed the draft standards testing process with over 60 companies worldwide. In energy strategy roles with the Fortune 100 companies Target and Meta, Holly negotiated energy supply and renewable energy power purchase agreements and developed value chain decarbonization strategies.  She has also provided expert witness testimony before Public Utility Commissions and worked with energy market data to enable clean energy, energy storage, and demand response projects.   Holly has an MS in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. She is based in Minneapolis.
