Context The Center for Green Market Activation™ (GMA) is a U.S.-based, globally oriented nonprofit accelerating the transition to zero-carbon goods and services in heavy industry and transport. Launched in 2024, GMA leverages book-and-claim systems, collective procurement, and buyers’ alliances to drive decarbonization in hard-to-abate sectors—from aviation to trucking to chemicals. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications This position combines two roles. Approximately 25-50% of time will be devoted primarily to supporting the CEO with calendaring, travel schedule, note-taking, meeting preparation, etc. Light EA support will also be provided to other senior leadership. Approximately 50-75% of time will be devoted to providing analyst-level support to one of GMA’s Programs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment. Candidate should have a strong interest in market-based approaches to corporate supply chain decarbonization and be excited to grow quickly into more responsibility for programmatic work.
