James works as the Trucking Program Intern, where he facilitates stakeholder engagement and communication to develop economies for zero-emission trucking. In addition, James researches market trends, analyzes potential growth strategies and models emissions reductions associated with decarbonization pathways. Through his work, James strives to forge partnerships and inform action to drive zero-emission trucking implementation at scale.
Previous to GMA, James worked on urban decarbonization strategy for Boomtown Innovation, an innovation services company focused on enhancing sustainability and quality of life in cities. Specifically, James focused on the Energy Sector, researching nascent technologies and analyzing their potential to drive lasting, positive impact.
James holds a BA in Economics from Amherst College and is currently a Masters candidate at UC Boulder focused on Renewable & Sustainable Energy. He is based in Boulder, CO.
