Xilin works as the AIM Intern where she researches and develops methods for converting IO and EEIO results into product-level estimates. She analyzes sector and product taxonomies to aggregate low-carbon demand, and summarizes available EEIO models to support companies in deep value chain analysis.
She is a research assistant in the department of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering at the University of Minnesota. Her research is focused on corporate sustainability, specifically about emissions measurement and reporting and sustainable supply chain transition. Previous to this, Xilin worked at Prestige Beverage Group as a Global Supply Chain Specialist. She collaborated with suppliers in Europe and Australia to plan for production and raw material purchasing.
Xilin has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's in supply chain management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is currently a PhD student in Corporate Sustainability at UMN. She is based in Minneapolis, MN.
