- 1. Submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) through our website or integrated platforms such as Neon CRM.
2. Complete a contact form, job application, survey, or event submission.
3. Use or browse our website, which may collect data through your browser’s cookies.
4. Accept a sharing request and/or access a file or folder hosted on our Microsoft SharePoint.
5. Make a donation or purchase through our website and third-party payment processors.
6. Submit a credit card or electronic payment via our website; GMA does hold and maintain related contact information data and transaction amounts and dates. GMA does not receive or store any financial account information on our website or servers. The transactions are processed through a secured payment gateway managed by a third-party payment processor such as Neon Pay or Stripe. - You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, as well as to object to its processing or request its transfer to another organization. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@gmacenter.org. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
- Data Retention:
• Contact/Inquiry Forms (Non-contractual): Retained for a period necessary to address the inquiry and for a short follow-up period, typically 6 months to 2 years, unless a longer relationship is established.
• Job Applications: Retained for 6 months to 2 years after the position is filled, or the application is rejected, to comply with employment laws and for potential future recruitment, unless consent is given for longer retention.
• Survey Data: Retained for the duration of the research project, typically 1 to 5 years, after which it should be anonymized or deleted.
• Event Registrations: Retained for 1 to 3 years after the event for administrative, financial, and historical purposes.
• SharePoint Access: Retained while access is maintained, after which it should be deleted on a bi-annual basis.
• Donor Records: Retained indefinitely.
• Payment Processing Contact & Transaction Summary Data: retained 7 years due to financial record keeping regulations. - At time of destruction, electronic records are securely erased from databases and backup systems.

• The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) gives parents the right to control the personal information collected from their children under the age of 13. GMA does not expect children under the age of 13 to access our website.
