On April 8, 2026, the Sustainable Concrete Buyers Alliance (SCoBA), a program of the Center for Green Market Activation and RMI, launched a pilot procurement targeting offtake from innovative low-carbon cement producers. Respondents are encouraged to download the RFP below and submit responses through the SCoBA RFP submission portal by June 19, 2026.
