GMA Trucking RFI Webinar

Andre de Fontaine, Clayton Gerber, and Sam Pearl Schwartz from the Center for Green Market Activation and Cristiano Façanha from Smart Freight Centre co-hosted this September 2024 webinar to introduce a Request for Information supporting a first-of-its-kind procurement program for zero-emission trucking. GMA Trucking aims to accelerate heavy-duty vehicle electrification and support transportation decarbonization strategies using a book and claim system and demand aggregating buyers alliance – following the successful model of similar initiatives in aviation and maritime.
